silicone flexible heater

General purpose Silicone Rubber Heaters have wire-wound or etched foil heating elements protected by fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber designed for metal containers. Units operate at 115 Vac, 60 Hz, 1 0. Heaters have 12-inch leads for hook-up to a temperature controlling device. Heaters are available with or without non-reusable pressure-sensitive adhesive and are available in 2.5 W/in_ (gentle heating), 5 W/in_ (all-purpose heating) or 10 W/in_ (rapid warm-up to higher temperatures).

Flexible heating elements put heat exactly where it is required. Flexible heaters are provide in the shape of resistance alloy, either wire or etched foil, laminated between thin layers of high temperature insulation material.

Silicone Rubber heaters provide resistance to temperature extremes, moisture, weathering, radiation, fungus and chemical attack, plus high dielectric strength, flexibility, and cost effectiveness.
